Copenhagen is a beautiful place and much like all countries on the european side of the waters they also recycle in amazing ways. Maybe Obama will make the usa begin to realize that they too have to start to recycle and care for the world or we may all one day have no more planet earth.

   The entire coast line of Denmark looked like a huge beach with some of the cleanest waters and most amazing soft sands. Not even many rocks at all and just some shells washed up on the soft and light sand. The ocean floor was sand packed so hard it felt like a floor or bottom of a pool with just a few waves and ripples in it where the oceans floor had hardened that way. There are beaches in Sweden similar to Danish beaches.

   When I went for a swim in the atlantic ocean the water must have been cold but, it felt even warmer than the freezing waters outside beautiful Varberg Sweden where I first felt the Atlantic Ocean from Nordic parts of the world. I have not seen such things prior to my trip to Europe. Prior to this I had seen the ocean near the Gulf Of Mexico and swam in the warm waters from Galveston Texas. The beaches in Galveston Texas were dirty with litter and the sand felt more like mud yet, it was also beautiful. I went body surfing with a body board in Galveston & went body surfing with no board and using only my body in Sweden. Galveston trip was just after my wedding day June 19th, 2007.

    Sweden and Denmark are the most beautiful places in the world! I think scandlines would stand for Scandinavian liners or such. Anyway it was the best and coolest ferry out there. Check out how on the way to Denmark we saw one of these passing us heading back to Sweden via the ocean. On the way back this was the photo I took of the actual ferry that I was on. My first ever ocean voyage or crossing it. Beats swimming eh. It was was so cool! Ferries rock!
